They have been very easy to deal with from the start. They turned up to provide a quote at the time agreed. the quote arrived as stated and was competitive. On agreement to have the work done I was given a date for the work to be done. They actually came prior to the date to ensure measurements were correct and allow some pre-preparation. On the appointed day, they arrived at the agreed time and got on with the job. It was finished within the day as agreed. I was delighted with the finished project (KOW were not and insisted on replacing two of the treads which were not up to their standards!!).

Overall I am extremely pleased with the finished product and can only recommend Knot Only Wood.

I contacted Jeremy for a quote to replace my kitchen worktops with oak block tops. He came round and brought with him samples of wood colours for me to choose; I told him that I liked the worktops in a local café and he visited this café and from that brought round a sample of the wood for me to confirm that is what I wanted. He provided a quote quickly which was very competitive and within my budget and completed the work to a very high standard and left everything very tidy.
